Once Upon a Time: In the Name of the Brother Review!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1RkaRkwilpg

Not really much of a fan of Dr. Whale but besides that this was a very entertaining episode of Once Upon a Time! Then again without Dr. Whale's story we wouldn't have seen a scrumpious Rumples in sexy red against Frank's drab black and white world. Dr. Whale's story is worth trudging through after all! lol! RumBelle took an even harder hit than last episode in my opinion. Hook basically killed Belle in Rumpy's eyes. Even though Belle wasn't physically killed, all memory of her has been eraised from the pretty belle that once held it. Worse than that! Chip is dead! Oh the horror! Cora and Rumpy got jiggy with it back in the day which is too gross to even think about! Even though Barbara Hershey is closer to Carlyle's age than Emille de Ravin who else was icking all the way through that kiss?! Homma chemistry again. Rumpy and Emma a Bae hunting we will go! The Outsider is a liar who can even fool Emma! Who are we dealing with here?! So much to talk about! Let's see if we can hold our tea cups steady as we travel through another episode of Once Upon a Time! :)

DR. FRANKINSTIEN'S WORLD

Okay, I know this isn't the way this episode started but I wanted to get the past part in Frank's world out of the way first. Like I said earlier, I'm not a big fan of Frank or his world. In my opinion I think this story would have been more interesting if it was from the original monster's POV just like in the real book. Maybe if the actor who plays Dr. Whale/Frank would have been cast has the monster things would've been more intresting. I've read the book and I felt more sympathy for the monster than the doctor. Always have always will. I'm sure there's a reason for Dr. Whale's story though. I have a feeling someone we love just might die before this season is over and if so we'll be thankful if Dr. Whale has finally figured out how to bring back the dead. Well, enough of that.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dp8yPeFP_iY

Frank is at home during the holiday with his father Alphonse and brother Gerhardt. Sadly, Frank's father often talks of his deceased wife, the boys mother and gives all his affection to Gerhardt. Frank constantly tries to win his father's approval but Daddy loves the fact that Gerhardt is an officer and doesn't give much heed to Frank's dabbles in science. Later Rumpy makes his appearence in Frank's black and white world in one of his most awesome costumes to date! A bright red, looks-like-he-tried-to-dress-for-the-time period-but-since-he's-from-a-colorful-world-he-stands out-anyway outfit! Just place Rumpy from here with Belle's awesome outfit from last episode! They would be the most stylish couple in Storybrooke baby! :D Anyway, Rumpy tempts Frank with a bunch of gold coins so he'll do something for him. Exactly what that it you'll be able to find out in an earlier episode called The Doctor. The end result is Frank has a magical heart from fairytale land and all he needs now is a body. While digging for one in the local graveyard his brother Gerhardt discovers him there and the two run from another man who begins shooting at them. Gerhardt is shot, dies, and Frank places the heart in him. He presents him to his father which doesn't go well to say the least. Gerhardt kills his own father which Franks stands and watches with a look of dare I say a little fascination?! His goody two shoes brother beating the crap out of their father who never gave Frank the time of day. Looks a little too much like payback for my taste. Frank promises his brother he's not done. He will find a way to bring Gerhardt completely back.

STORYBROOKE

Now with that out of the way let's get to the really good stuff. This time we start right where last episode left us. Belle is down and doesn't know who she is, Hook is hurt, the driver of the car that hit Hook is knocked out and probably hurt too. Belle is frightened of Rumpy and healing her gun wound only serves to scare her more. Emma, Snow and Charming come to help out. They learn that the driver came from outside the border and are afraid of what that might bring. Hook has broken ribs but Rumpy wants to break him more but Emma and gang calm him down by telling him Belle wouldn't like it.

The show comes on with a red Rumpy in a black and white forrest.

Dr. Whale is drunk and ignoring his calls.

Belle is in a hospital rooms sleeping while Rumpy looks on. From the cracked Belle's POV this would seem very stalkerish. Rumpy of course is thinking what if this memory loss can be broken by true love's kiss? Awww. Poor thing. That isn't going to work when the love is only one sided. SHE DOESN'T REMEMBER YOU RUMPY! Poor Belle's POV: "Who is this creepy old man kissing me?! Is he obsessed with me or something?!" You know, in a sad way I think he sort of is. Of course she wakes she freaks and Rumps leaves dejected.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mJu8MWAQgAc

Meanwhile in another hospital room Emma interagates Hook who we learn has some broken ribs. That's all?! He still has all his spicy quips in tact for Emma who delivers quite a good one herself right back at him. Better watch your back Hook! Are the writers trying to make a triangle between Emma, Casidy and Hook? We'll we be seeing that in the future?
The gang check out the driver/outsider's phone. We find out he's name is Greg Mendel and he's a possible food critic? I read another review that said could his name be connected with the famous genetist Gregor Mendel? Also, what about those Pennsylvania plates and the watch?

Go here to learn more about Gregor Mendel: http://listverse.com/movies/page/9/

Sneak peek 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z100G04XjNk
Now the gang are worried that Mendel saw magic and he'll want to cause problems for Storybrooke. Dr. Whale says that Mendel is dying and now the subject of whether or not to let him die comes up. Come on people! I agree with Rumples! Let the tour buses cruise around Storybrooke (they probably do anyway on the tv set)! There's more important things going on here than Greggy boy (unless he turns out to be another important storybook character of course)!
While they're all discussing this, Greg's cell phone rings. Hmmm. A Star Wars ring tone. Any significance or just a fan of the film? Someone titled HER is looking for Greg which makes everyone panic all the more.

RUMPY'S SHOP

Finally, the meeting we've all been waiting for I'm sure. Well, one of the meetings. Cora gives Rumpy a gift so he'll back off and let her have her daughter. An interesting conversation they have and her sealing their deal with a kiss when Rumpy agrees to it. Of course Rumpy would agree to it because her gift is a way to find Bae. She knows how to push Rumps' buttons. They seem to have a romantic past together! Ugh! Can you imagine Cora and Rumples getting it on?! Yuck! Maybe Cora was much younger when it happened and that union produced a certain black haird beauty hiding under her supposed father's tomb? Could be a good reason why Cora can get her way with Rumples.

HOSPITAL

Dr. Whale is suppose to be preparing for surgery on Mendel who will die if he doesn't have it. The gang discover Whale has skipped out and it takes Red stopping Whale from comitting sucide to get the doctor back on track to help Mendel.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FUhTsgN3NFc

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o7JMxUpT2pk
Meanwhile, manipulating Cora searches through Regina's house to see what she could use to get to Regina. She finds it and disguises herself as Henry. She finds Regina hiding in her father's crypt. So easy and so frightening. Imagine if she pretended to be Henry again or Emma or Belle! This woman has to be stopped! Cora smooth talks Regina into believing no one cares about her but Cora herself. Just like what I predicted in last review. I was so hoping Regina would see through her crap but apparently not.

Back at the hospital, Dr. Whale saved Mendel's life. So Emma goes in to talk with him. He says he didn't see anything because he was texting while driving. Emma seems to believe his story and lets him off with a warning! We later learn he was lying! What is wrong with Emma this time? He's a total stranger and she wasn't able to tell he was lying?! Was she wanting his story to be true so bad that it totally blinded her to the truth? I don't know. Whatever.

Later Rumples tries again to help Belle remember by enchanting the chipped tea cup that is so precious to him and Belle. He gives it to her asking her to focus on it. This Belle only sees a strange, magical, stalker dude harrassing her again and asking her to hold an old broken cup! She's probably thinking, "What's wrong with this dude?! What's up with this chipped cup?! Is he trying to cut me with it?!" She becomes angry with Rumps and throws Rumpy's precious against the wall! It breaks and we have to watch Rumpy's crushed heart leave. Has RumBelle been broken? Has he really given up on her? Remember what Belle said earlier. "If it's something worth fighting for you don't give up on it." Please don't give up Rumps because if you do and she somehow regains her memory down the road she may find it hard to forgive you for that!

Later back in Rumpy's shop, Rumps uses Cora's gift which looks to be some kind of white globe with a needle on top. He pricks his finger on the needle and drops blood onto the globe. It swirls around and forms the continents. It stops moving when it shows North America. Was it just me or was there a darker spot of blood somewhere close to North Carolina? Could Bae be there? Is that where Rumpy and Emma will be going?

Speaking of Emma, she's back at home with her family and Henry talks about how Dr. Frankinstein is not part of the fairytale storybook and that other characters from other stories might be in Storybrooke. Rumps invites himself in and says he's off to find Bae and Emma is coming too! Time for that favor she owes him. He says if anything happens to Belle while he's gone he'll kill all the Snow family.I wouldn't do that Rumpy because...

POSSIBLE SPOILERS AND SPECULATIONS ABOUT THE FUTURE

What if Bae turns out to be Cassidy, Henry's father? That would make Henry Rumples' grandson!

Also, what if Rumples and Cora did get it on in the past and Cora got pregers but didn't tell Rump he was the real father. She just married that Henry man and claimed he was. What if Cora does kill Regina?! Then Cora casually tells Rumples, "Oh, by the way. She was your daughter too." Imagine Rumples face! Maybe Dr. Whale will find a way to truly bring back the dead and/or zombie Regina, Emma, and Rumples will combine their powers and blast that witch Cora to kingdom come! Okay, had to get that out of my system.

We won't have another episode until Feb. 10! Ugh. It looks like we'll be revisiting our giant friend when the show does come back. Tootles.

Once Upon a Time: The Outsider Review!

What an episode of Once this time. If you are a regular reader of this blog you might know that I'm a Rumbelle fan. Might have mentioned that a few times or so. So obviously it would be natural to believe I really enjoyed this episode. Well... Don't get me wrong, Rumps and Belle were very enjoyable and Hook was on form, but there were some good parts and some not so good parts in this one. Must admit though that ending pretty much made up for those not so good parts. Awesome outfit for...BELLE! You thought I was going to say the Queen didn't you for the all but two seconds she's in this episode? I already want that outfit for Halloween (Belle's that is)! Heck, for everyday wear. I don't care! You'll probably hear me talk about this more before we're done. Oh, and what is it with the magic people turning other people into things?! Glad missing Archie was swiftly over and no I'm not forgetting the biggest thing to happen to Rumbelle all season! Let's kick this eppy into gear and hit a hot one armed man by the end of it! :D

The episode begins with Rumpy (YAY!) driving up to the town border and pulling out a dude from his trunk. Yep, our Rumpy, he's the one man mafia of Storybrooke! Who is that other guy with the red hat though? At first I thought he was another dwarf. Why's ya'll always picking on the dwarfs? Oh, yeah! It's Smee! I totally forgot about him. How sad. I forgot about Smee. Guess Rumpy thought he wasn't much of a guy too because he pours some potion onto Smee's hat, gives it back to him, and pushes him over the border. No Taco Bell at this border remember. You cross it, you lose it. Your memory of who you are that is. Whoa, what a minute. Smee remembers! Rumpy's new potion works! Now Rumpy can find his son Bae. The guinea pig's usefulness is over and Rumps lets him leave unharmed.

Show comes on. There's some CGI fire dog in the background. This show is hooked on dogs this year! Red, Pongo, and this thing. Spread the puppy love!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nl2F3wmkavc
The town of Storybrooke is at the thought dead Archie's funeral. This scene felt a little pointless because we all know Archie's still alive but of course they don't. Snow's speech was cheesy but I tend to set the cheese aside because I know the good stuff is coming. Tend to do that quite often with this show and especially this episode in places if you know what I mean. The scene with Geppetto was cute though. Meanwhile, Archie is not "in a better place" but on Hook's ship getting interogated about Rumples' weakness. Archie doesn't know about the dagger but he does know about Belle which Hook automatically thinks is Rumps' other weakness. Remember love is weakness to the evil side. Hmm. Did Hook think Milah was his weakness when she was alive? Why does this guy have to be so hot but sooo rotten as Belle says later? What do you people think? In real life is love a weakness or a strength?

Rumples calls Belle over to his shop to reveal to her that he has made a potion that will enable him to cross the border. He just has to pour it onto something that is special to him. He pulls out Bae's shawl. The only thing he has left of his son. Awww. Is this why Belle believes in him? He loves his boy. Can't tell you how much Rumpy is like Snape. If you truly love you can't be all that bad, right? Belle wants to come with him to find Bae but we all know who's coming with him because of those blasted previews! At this point I was wondering will Belle be jealous. By the end of this eppy though she probably couldn't care less.:(

FAIRYTALE LAND PAST

Belle is drinking in a tavern. So this must be after she's left Rumples and before she's captured by the queen. Unless it was when she snuck out of Daddy Mo's palace to have a wild night in a tavern...drinking alone. Just kidding. It's somewhere during the time she encouraged Dreamy (Grumpy) to go after his girl because here Dreamy encourages her to go after this flaming fire dog beast. Guess Belle is forever destined to go after a beast. Before she leaves Dreamy gives her some fairy dust.

STORYBROOKE

Our hairy Hook has made it over to the funky library and his encounter with Belle ends with a pile of books on him and Belle in the steam punk elevator from last season! Why didn't she go down? Did I miss something? Was it unable to move? Did Hook break it? Well, she calls Rumpy who can't hear her well because she's in an elevator. Rumps is so concerned isn't he?

FAIRYTALE LAND PAST

Belle leads a wagon full of unknowing beast hunters in the wrong direction and they push her off for her trouble. This comes back to bite her in the butt later. Now Belle is wearing her awesome Beast hunting outfit! I like how her poofy sleeves look sort of Disney Snow White but the rest is huntress girl! Go Belle! Someone better make this into an outfit we can all buy in every size! I love, love, LOVE it!!! Belle continues on her own with her book which leads her to the beast's cave and into a little trouble by stepping on a twig waking the beast. Thank goodness Mulan is there to save the day. She scares the beast off with her arrows. Turns out Mulan has been tracking it for weeks and Belle finds it so easily. Why is that? Hmmm. Oh, because she reads right. Moody Mulan leaves Belle...for now.

STORYBROOKE

Belle is still in the elevator hearing banging on the outside, thinking it's Hook but...doors open and...it's Rumpy! Yay! Huggy time! I want to hug Rumpy too! :)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eF2E9D9LBWw

Meanwhile over at the overly crowded huge apartment of Snow and Emma's Henry is in the dumps again over Archie and Mommie Dearest Regina. Odds are in the future this boy will be writing a book about his messed up life and ABC will make a tv show out of it. Oh, wait a minute...never mind. Grumpy talks with Emma about how most of them want to return to their own world especially now that Regina has killed Archie. Now the whole town has become wimps. What's wrong with these people?! I think you would find a lot more dangers in fairytale land than Storybrooke. Even if Storybrooke has magic. Oh well, to each his own. Grumpy is also worried about all those non-magic people who might see magic. Okay, maybe he has an argument there. I don't know.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k9GjCUNGU28
Rumpy and Belle talk more about Hook and Rumples conveniently leaves out that he killed he's ex-wife Milah in front of Hook who had taken her away from him. When Belle finds this out she may well be able to forgive him but if Rumps ever finds Bae it might be a different story with him. When they arrive at the pawn shop Rumps has a shock. Hook has taken Bae's shawl. This causes an argument between the two. Belle wants him to promise he'll only go after Hook for the shawl and not for revenge. Our Rumps can't promise her that.

FAIRYTALE LAND PAST

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w99pgRNwHhc
Mulan rescues Belle again. This time from those other beast hunters she fooled. She gets hurt in the process but agrees to join Belle in the hunt for the Beast. Later though, Mulan has to stay behind because of her injury and Belle ends up fighting the beast alone. She pours water on it, weakening it enough for her to walk closer to it. The beast is writing something in the sand...in Mulan's language. How was Belle to know how to read this? Are we to think she reads a lot so she knows this language? Okay. Also, a little about this beast. It's another CGI creature. I read in another review where the writer complained about how horrible it was. I sort of liked it. It was pretty cool. Maybe it's only because I've gotten used to the hoky effects or maybe not. It didn't really bother me all that much. What did you all think about it?
Belle discovers the Beast needs help and she pours the fairy dust from Grumpy on the creature. Pretty pink smoke reveals...Philip! So this is how Philip met Mulan. Belle leaves Philip with Mulan and runs right into the Queen! It's prision time for you girl!

STORYBROOKE

Belle finds something Hook left behind in her library and later finds the invisable ship. That's not the only thing she finds. She hears Archie and frees him! Yay! I was so wanting that part of the story to wrap up fast. That did not need to be dragged out. Archie leaves and later visits Emma, Pongo, and Henry. Go find Regina! Quickly before the heartless does!

Snow and Charming have a talk in the diner about moving out of the cramped apartment but Charming wants to go back to fairytale land while Snow wants a nice, compfy house here in Storybrooke. Oh, those pesky domestic problems.

Meanwhile, Rumples turns Smee into a rat for... ratting on him to Hook. Okay, that's what three people he's done that to? Some villager into a bug, Gaston into a rose, and Smee into a rat. Cora changed that fisherman into a fish. What is it with changing minor characters into other things? Note: Never take a minor role on OUAT unless you enjoy having your role taken from you by rose or a fish!

Hook finds Belle on his ship and easily takes the gun that Rumples had given Belle for protection. He proceeds to tell her about Rumpy killing Milah. Later Belle tells Hook Rumpy has a good heart but that his is rotten. Belle still believes in Rumples. I might be making a music video out of this belief soon. Belle's faith has inspired me! She hits Hook and runs outside. Rumps is there and beats the crap out of Hook. Belle is able to stop him because she believes in him!

This songs sounds so much like RumBelle now! lol! :)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baOz601--b0

Later at the border, Rumps asks Belle why she still believes him with a love that's so strong and true? She tells him if something is worth fighting for you don't give up. Awww. How sweet. They're turning into Snow and Charming. Like in the past when Belle was captured by the queen she screams "I'll never stop fighting for him!" That's too much like Charming's "I'll always find you!" to Snow! This cheese fest works great with Snow and Charming but please don't go down the same road with Rumps and Belle. It's sweet but if it becomes too sweet we won't want to eat it anymore!

Well, what happens next sort of remedies that for me because where would Rumbelle be if it didn't have angst? Snow and Charming, that's where they'd be. Rumples tries Bae's potion covered shawl on and steps over the line. A few moments of did it or didn't it work and yay it worked! A little celebration but then...BANG! Who gets shot?! Belle! She falls into Rumps arms and over the border! Rumps screams her name but she doesn't know who she is or who he is! Oh the pain! Rumps claims it's permenant and Hook shouts he knows how it feels now! Ugh! Vengence time is at hand! Fire ball that hairy beast back to Neverland Goldie! Oh man! A car with Pennsyvania plates has to ruin all the CGI fun because it's easier and cheaper to go that way. Rumps pulls Belle out of the way but Hook gets hit! What will happen next?!

Next time's scenes look pretty good. I've got to find those Canadian promos though! (SPOILERS!) I read somewhere they show Rumples kissing Belle and also CORA!!! What's up with that?! If it turns out that Regina is Rumples and Cora's child then things are going to become very confusing! Imagine if that were true. If Regina is Rumples' daughter then Bae would be Regina's brother. If Cassidy is Bae then that would make Henry Rumpy's grandson and Regina's nephew! Everyone would be one big dysfuntional family! I think I'll end with that! lol! Tootles! :D

Once Upon a Time: The Cricket Game Review!

Okay, we are finally back from the holiday break with some villianous newbies in town, some Regina pity, Pongo's cute screen time, a few slow bits, new magic for Emma that I'm sure will turn up again in the not so distant future, and a so-so relief twist. Well, for me at least. Shall we proceed?

Oh, there's no doubt about it! We must start with pirate hottie Hook on his ship overlooking Storybrooke. Cora and Hook have finally made it to the docks after waiting a whole month on the water just staring at the town. Hook wants to split up but Cora has other plans. She infoms Hook that this place has magic and it won't be as easy as jabbing his hook into Rumples. Anyway, we've seen that before in the past. Hope Hook had better plans than that! The two are interupted by some fisherman or something. What fairytale character was he suppose to be? If anyone knows please let me know. He gets to experience Cora placing an invisable spell on Hook's ship and then is changed into a fish for being so friendly. How sweet Cora. Least she didn't kill him. Well, she would have if Hook hadn't pushed him into the water. Was this somehow an example of how these two truly are? If it is maybe there's some hope left for Hook...maybe.
Show comes on with Pongo in the background this time! Yay! Are we going to have 101 Dalmations story begin here? Will Pongo's journey to love and puppies truely be upon us? I have always wanted our Cricket friend to meet the girl who would have the female dog. Can't remember her name. Is it Perdita or something? Cricket needs a girlfriend! Will we see Cruella De Vil? Is Cruella De Vil Regina's real mother? Did Rumples take her away from Cruella and give her to Cora? Wait, will Cora be Cruella De Vil in this story? Sorry about that. My mind tends to wonder about these things. Wouldn't it be awesome though to have a Disney story play out in Storybrooke? 101 Dalmations would work great there! Okay, I'll really stop! lol!
More Snow and Charming love. This time in bed and Emma and Henry has to see it. Not too traumatizing for Emma. Not really. Not really traumatizing for Henry either. Isn't it better for Henry to see his married grandparents in bed together than to see Regina in bed with the flavor of the month? My bad. Maybe she only had an affair with the huntsman but still! Regina tried to keep it a secret but Henry is a smart kid. I think he knew.

Back in the fairytale land past it is a little before Snow and Charming's wedding and Queenie is dressed again in a much too awesome outfit. Red Sonja much Regina! I actually love the outfit this time. Don't get me wrong. She is informed that Snow and Charming defeated King George and the kingdom is now theirs. Later the two capture Regina with the help of the Blue Fairy's dust.

Back in Storybrooke, the town has a party to celebrate Snow and Emma's return but when Regina enters, Grumpy gets grumpy. Emma says she invited her. Go Emma! She has a talk with her family about it. She tells ma and pa that if it weren't for Regina they wouldn't be here and she invited her for Henry's sake. Emma wants to give Regina a chance. After this episode we now know what all those knowing looks were between Charming and Snow. They've been through this situation before and it did not turn out so pretty. They still agree to let Emma handle the situation this time. Guess the girl has to learn on her own. Later Regina is handing out her food and Grumpy asks if the secret ingredient is poison. How cruel Grumps but we understand. Regina says it's pepper. As the party continues Regina is left alone while her food is eaten by Grumpy and everyone is talking to everyone else but her. Great way to bring her in and help her on the road to redemption people! Later a lonely Regina leaves with Emma following. Regina thanks her for inviting her and Emma says she did it for Henry. When Regina asks if Henry can come over to her place sometime Emma doesn't think that's a good idea. Time for Regina to revert back to her old ways because that answer sounded too much like a no! Poor girl that's all she knows now and it's going to be hard to tear her away from that. Emma seems to know that sort of and starts to walk away. Regina apologizes though. Wow, this girl is working hard for Henry! Things continue to go downhill though when Emma tells her that Archie suggested she should invite her and that Regina had been visiting him. Not what Regina wanted to hear. Hook and Cora are secretly watching Regina and we learn Cora wants to break Regina again but she's not quite there yet.
Later, Regina argues with Archie about him letting Emma know about her visits to him. Red interupts them and an emotionally compromised Regina spits out her venom of rudness to her to leave them alone. Anyone else out there know someone in real life like this? I sure do!
Again we are back in the fairytale past and Charming wants to kill the queen.
Back in Storybrooke, Red watches as Regina visits Dr. Hopper at his house. Pongo knows somthing is up when Regina enters the apartment. Too bad Archie doesn't listen because Regina proceeds to choke him or something! What?!  Aww. No Pongo story but at least he's trying to help his master! Good boy! Too bad Regina placed a spell on him though. We are shown that Cora was disguised as her daughter so she can frame her. Boooo! More pain for Regina! Ugh.

Pongo runs to the diner barking like mad in front of Henry and Emma. Red comes out and tells them something's wrong because she can understand dogs. Wolf thing. Okay, she can understand dogs but she doesn't know what he's saying I guess because later they need Pongo as a witness and Red is not around then. Hmmm. Pongo leads them back to Dr. Hopper and the two find Archie and he is dead! Nooo! No future 101 Dalmation story for Archie and Pongo! Booo!
In fairytale past a captured Regina talks with her father. Blah, blah. Act like she's redeemed idea begins.
In Storybooke, Emma and Charming have brought Regina in for questioning. They tell her Archie is dead and she is genuinely surprised but we only know that. Snow watches behind the glass. Later, the three talk about what to do with her. Emma believes Regina did not kill Archie and wants to let her go and see what she does.
In fairytale land past a kind of pointless execution scene takes place while Rumples watches. Regina expresses her regret she didn't kill Snow. Snow stops the excution or should I say Blue Fairy stops the arrows for her? Later that night Snow has a talk with Rumples who gives her the idea to test Regina. She does just that the next day and Regina fails stabbing Snow with the knife Snow brought with her to protect herself. It was an enchanted knife and a trick to see if Regina could redeem herself. She failed and now Snow and Regina are protected from her magic in this world because Rumples helped them out. Snow and Charming banash her. It turns out Rumples was helping Regina because he tells her she can't hurt them in their world but she could in another world, giving her the idea of THE CURSE. Regina leaves for Snow and Charming's wedding.
Meanwhile in Storybrooke, the Snow family visit Rumples and Belle who are planning a picnic I think. Rumples shows Emma how she can use her magic to find out what happened to Archie. He takes a dreamcatcher and strokes Pongo with it. Now it holds Pongo's memories. She holds it and wills the memory of the murder. They now believe Regina is the guilty one. Possible spoiler ahead. Now we know why Rumples will need Emma to go with him to find Bae! I'm sure he will want Emma to use this to find his son! A dream catcher was shown earlier in Cassidy's apartment!

Determined to charge Regina, the Snow family go over to Regina's place and confront her. They try to capture her with fairy dust but it doesn't work this time. We should take note at how she catches the fairy dust and just throws it down at Snow and Charming's feet. She could have done a lot more damage if she truly wanted to. Of course with Emma goading her like this and whenever it has to do with her son Regina is going to feel threatened. Of course she's going to resort back to the only thing she's used to. That is magic which is exactly what Cora wants and exactly what she promised Henry she wouldn't do. Why are these writers making us feel so much for Regina? This is so confusing! Emma tells her she's going to tell Henry that she killed Archie and later Regina uses magic to push her down and escapes by disappearing in a puff of smoke. Possible spoiler: I can see it already. Cora is going to try to get Regina to trust her. Make her believe no one cares for her but Cora. Ugh! I will be sooo angry if that happens! Cora will take her heart and Regina will be a puppet...or Cora will kill her! Goodbye Regina! Ugh! D:
Later that day, Emma worries about telling Henry what has happened. As she does this Regina is parked in a car nearbye watching it all in the rearview mirror. She's balling her eyes out! WHY MUST YOU TORTURE US?!
In a semi-shocking twist we learn Hook and Cora have Archie hostage so he can tell them everything they need to know. Cora killed someone else, placed him in Archie's apartment, and made him look like Archie. Too complicated. They should have kept Archie dead. Too much like last year with the is she or isn't she dead Katherine!

There were some good parts in this episode but also some very slow parts as well. I sort of feel like they're repeating last year's storyline in a way, but with Archie alive my hope for a 101 Dalmation story taking place in Storybrooke seems possible once again. So that makes me happy. We need a better combination of action and drama this season and hopefully that will be coming real soon. Still waiting for that Hook and Rumples confrontation they're teasing us with but Hook better not kill him just when he seems to be finding his way out of Storybrooke to find Bae! Rumples is smart. He can get himself out of this mess I'm sure. Until next time...tootles! :)
